Farron is hardworking, focusing on getting a set task done as quickly and efficiently as she can. She can also be considered shy, as she prefers to work alone and does not do well when interacting with others--usually fleeing. She also appears to feel that the help of others will drag her down and prevent her from accomplishing her task as quick as possible--she feels that managing another Pokemon would only hurt her progress. She secretly wants all the other Pokemon to call her "Lightning" as a nickname. She thinks it sounds cool.
