Jolly is a jolly old soul. He loves to be happy and wants to share his happiness with others. He is very contagious with his happiness. Everyone seems to be happy around him. Jolly hopes to be able to find his soul mate. He is bisexual so whomever is wonderful enough and meets his standards. His standards are they have to be jolly and kind to everyone. And have to love dragons. He is an electric type but wishes to be a dragon type. He only hopes to marry a dragon.
