Though most Lotad prefer to stick to clean water where they can hide and float with their large leaves there have been legends of a few exceptions. Some legends say there are some with skin of alabaster. Others tell of purple and teal ones that seem to vanish before your eyes. And yet there is one whose story is whispered about in dark halls and on the nights of the full moon. Stories have been told for ages of Nott, a Lotad whose dark body helped hide him in the night from the eyes of poachers. Of the leaves he sport having a slightly darker green tinge to them. Though many have hunted for this pokemón over the ages few have found them. Even fewer can claim to own such a magnificent pokemón. Until Yinyun.Giranite that is. He followed the ancient texts to the letter, gathering a fallen golden star and a small radar that hung on a charm from the shopkeeper known as Niet. It was a difficult purchase that took months of saving but in the end, it was worth it. At times it did not seem like it, finding Lotad after Lotad and wondering why both Sally and Arceus looked down on him so. There were more ponds that can be remembered, Lotad of many colors and patterns. Until that fateful night. Late on the eve of August 3rd in the Year of Arceus 2018, he set out once more under the light of the moon with the gilden light of his charm leading the way. This was the last pond in the area. THough it had shown both pale and shiny lotad, his prize had not yet been sighted. With hope starting to wane, Yinyan.Giranite once more walked to the edge of the pond and gazed in hoping that this last night would help him find what he sought. As Yinyun.Giranite stared into the murky waters that reflected the starry sky above a slight shifting sound was heard. Snapping his attention towards the sound, he saw a slight ripple in the water. Focusing on that spot the trainer lifted his charm high and saw it. There it was! The prize he had worked for so long to find. With emerald leaf displayed proudly and curious blue eyes looking out through skin the color of the night sky Nott revealed himself to the excited trainer as the night legend come to life. EVs are points gained by the Pokémon through effort and training. By visiting the Dojo, you can use Training Bags to power up. This is the only number you can directly affect. It ranges from 0 to 252, however the combined total cannot go higher than 510. Choose your training strategy wisely!
