SketchyCreature's Jikokuten

Personality: Possibly the most laid-back Arcanine you would ever meet. He doesn’t fret over tiny things and mostly keeps calm. Jikoku is also brutally honest. Just throwing that out there. Interests: Playing his biwa, caligraphy, meditation Motivation: Jikokuten, like the other heavenly kings, wants to protect the ranchmates around him. He shows loyalty to Sketchy for at least giving him a home, and for being a decent trainer. Backstory: Sketchy was walking around until she saw a shop with plently of Growlithe puppies waiting for a new home. She evantually adopted an albino Growlithe pup and took it home. The trainer then noticed that the puppy was surpisingly chill, calming everyone around him. In fact, he began playing a biwa as soon as he picked one up! And so, the Growlithe, now an Arcanine became the morale booster of the ranch, his singing and playing reaching out to many of the Pokemon. Because of how his trainer was blown away, he was entrusted with a megastone and a special title. Sketchy gave him the name Jikokuten, making him the third heavenly king.
