A Shiny Xatu caught in place of the Red Gyarados at The Lake of Rage. She is the third Pokemon in TPP history to reach level 100. While Xatu are usually known for their brains more than their brawn, this particular Xatu is a hustler who's not afraid of getting down and dirty with her enemies. Champion of Aooo. Randomized Heartgold. Ability: Hustle (Increases the Attack stat by 50%, but lowers accuracy of physical moves by 20%. If leading the party, the chance of encountering higher-leveled wild Pokémon increases by 50)
