My First melan from my original 14k chain. Different to my, now saved, 30k chain. Hatched at 7,826 eggs with all boosts. 10 long excruciating months. ---------------------------------- Long ago there was a prophecy. It foretold of a pokemon, a pokemon black as the night tinged only with a green of long passed kindred spirits, born in the 4th month after a trial of seven thousand eggs. This pokemon would rise above anyone they met, unchallenged in its ability to stand before all others. All those around this pokemon could not help but find themselves looking up to this pokemon. In this fashion came into this farm Σκιά, born after many months and many eggs, the pokemon of the prophecy. Unfortunately, life did not go smoothly for Σκιά. While no pokemon that was the result of a prophecy could live a normal life, there was a discrepency: as a gastly Σκιά was not "tinged green with kindred spirits" rather, many pokemon of the farm whispered that the reddish glow that cam from his vaporous form originated from those devilish spirits who spread naught but evil mischief. As such, Σκιά found few friends among the other pokemon. Perhaps this rough start was the origination of the loneliness in his nature. Still, while Σκιά had few pokemon friends he was coveted greatly by their farmer as well as neighboring farmers. He soon met more visiting farmers than most all pokemon on Gradis' fields. The affection was all well and good for Σκιά, but the ghost could not shake the effects brought on by the jealousy and suspicions from his fellow pokemon. Perhaps it was his desire to get along better, or feeling a purpose in living up to the love the farmers showered on him, but Σκιά strove to excel in every field possible. He dove into more practices than most pokemon, training his battle skills, practicing for contests, and strengthening himself to evolve. Before long Σκιά grew stronger, as he evolved the red tinge that had brought on so many bad rumors faded into nothing, and by the time he'd gone above and beyond to achieve mega evolution the prophecized kindred green tint had appeared. It wasn't only Σκιά's strength that had changed too, by this time he stood at the top of his farm's contest competitors and widely appreciated as the coolest pokemon on the farm. His battle skills were second to none and he had quite the following of pokemon who looked up to him. He had become Σκιά, prophecized pokemon of the good shadow who lead others with ease and was above all. At the end of the day however Σκιά was the same kind and lonely ghost that had been born with a suspicious red tint. While He is admired by many he has few close friends among pokemon and tends to stay more around trainers and farmers.
