Zappy has lived with humans all her life making her very gently and sweet. She never intends on hurting anyone unless she thinks shes protecting her trainer Emily an 8 year old school girl who gets picked on. Zappy gets in trouble for electricuting the bullies when she just thinks she's helping Name meaning; Zappy when emily first got zappy as a Pichu she was playing with her tail getting zapped giving her the name zappy (pronounced; Zapp-ie)
