While is a brave Pokemon who loves getting into battles, despite the foes being stronger than him. However one thing that bothers him is when a gym says no/one mega allowed. This reminds him of his low base stat total. While is a mega rights activist who constantly argues for the rights of low base stat total pokemon to be allowed to participate in gyms that say no megas are allowed. While has a quick reaction time to things and uses this to full advantage in battles. He is a master speed walker. Gem: water
